Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the resort's excellent location, clean rooms, and wide range of amenities such as pools and gym. Many found the villas spacious and comfortable, and staff were often described as friendly and helpful. However, a recurring complaint was the unexpected and high parking fees, which many felt were not clearly disclosed. Some guests also mentioned issues with room maintenance, noise, and timeshare presentations, but overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and amenities stood out.

Room needed updating so much that there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Although the engineer came promptly and was very apologetic, the front desk could not find another room to move us until the next day. Other than that, grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
