Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and private beach, which many found to be the highlight of their stay. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with reports of mold, dust, and even cockroaches. Service is often described as slow, unhelpful, or even exploitative, and the restaurant experience is marred by long waits, lack of variety, and poor food quality. While a few guests enjoyed the breakfast and ambiance, most felt the hotel needs significant improvements, especially in maintenance and customer care.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the island and the one staff who made our stay worth while, Ecko.

Pros (+) The beach was gorgeous, a few rocks by the shore but once you're in the water, its amazing. The beds in the rooms were also comfortable.
Cons (-) The staff was generally overwhelmed and it is very apparent that they are short staffed and could benefit from hiring more people and training everyone on how to provide excellent customer service. The dining areas were hit or miss, in terms of the food choices and the service. The drinks were all sugary, no top shelf options at all. Don't waste your money at the spa, its overpriced and all they d...
