Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and shops, as well as the helpful and courteous staff. However, many reviews noted significant issues with cleanliness, including roaches, bad odors, and unclean rooms. Noise at night and poor value for the price were also common complaints. While some found the rooms comfortable and the service good, the negatives often outweighed the positives for many guests.
