Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the boardwalk and beach as a major advantage. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding their rooms clean and comfortable, while others reported issues such as dirty linens, unclean floors, and even bed bugs in a few cases. Service also varied, with some guests describing helpful and friendly staff, but others experiencing poor housekeeping, unresponsive management, and difficulties with refunds. Very good
Shannon, Jul 2021
Pros (+) Very close to the boardwalk, didn’t have to worry about finding parking and paying $30 every day to park
Cons (-) My only complaint would have been the people in the next room who decided the balcony was their personal party area until 4:00 a.m.

Pros (+) Good location
Cons (-) The mattress was not comfortable. I could have used some extra pillows and a few extra towels.
