Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transport. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offerings were generally appreciated. However, there were recurring complaints about the lack of air conditioning, noise from the street when windows were open, and dated or unclean carpets in some rooms. Service experiences varied, with some guests reporting excellent interactions and others describing poor communication or unfriendly management. Cleanliness was mostly acceptable, though a few guests noted areas for improvement, particularly with carpets and bathrooms. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, breakfast, and staff, but could benefit from updates and improved service consistency.
