Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast. Many reviews highlighted comfortable beds and clean rooms, with some mentioning thoughtful touches like earplugs and well-equipped amenities. However, ongoing renovations and construction caused significant inconvenience, with dust, noise, and safety concerns frequently noted. Issues with broken amenities such as the pool, spa, air conditioning, and TV were also mentioned, and some guests felt the property did not match the value for the price paid. Overall, while the location, service, and breakfast were strong positives, the renovation disruptions and some maintenance issues detracted from the experience.
