Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Many reviews highlight the beautiful decor and comfortable rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about noise from the nearby busy road, and the lack of an elevator is a significant inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The location is considered convenient by some, but others find it a bit far from the city center. Overall, the positives focus on cleanliness, service, and room comfort, while noise and accessibility are the main drawbacks.
