Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a very convenient location, with several guests appreciating easy access to highways, transit, and nearby restaurants. Some guests found the beds comfortable and enjoyed friendly staff interactions. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with many reports of dirty rooms, odors, and lack of housekeeping. Service issues were frequent, including unresponsive staff, communication barriers, and maintenance problems. Breakfast quality and availability were often criticized. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort were praised, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast.
