Many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, service, and breakfast, mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, and poor breakfast quality. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, found the rooms to be clean and the price reasonable. Pros (+) I like the pool, privacy and staff. Room were basic but comfortable
Cons (-) the location is a bit busy but they have created privacy with greenery but it is close to main streets so noisy, the walls are also thin so TV can be heard there are also lots of people hanging around the property from local businesses, I think there are cameras everywhere but the hotel could be more secure

When I asked if there was another room since I didn't feel safe I was told no. Once we got into the hotel room there was one towel. I went back to get more. The garden view was a palm tree that partially blocked the parking ...
