Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime beachfront location, with many highlighting the convenience for beach activities and proximity to local attractions. The service was frequently described as friendly and attentive, with several guests mentioning helpful staff and positive experiences at the front desk and restaurant. Breakfast received high marks for quality and variety. However, noise from music and the beach club was a common complaint, especially in rooms facing the road or near the club area. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted issues such as pests or maintenance needs. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its atmosphere, service, and unbeatable location, but may not suit those seeking a quiet or luxurious stay.

Location, location, location says it all. That coupled with a small number of rooms with excellent staff says it all Possibly our best stay in Sri Lanka, judged on 6 hotels across 14 days in 4* & above hotels

Pros (+) Impeccably clean, excellent staff, modern architecture.
Cons (-) DJ had no read of the vibe and regularly played too-loud club music when no one was dancing. Pool was closed two mornings out of three, not sure if there is a persistent problem with it.
