Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, with many describing rooms and facilities as very clean and comfortable. The location is also highlighted as convenient and scenic, especially for those visiting the mountains or nearby restaurants. Breakfast receives positive feedback for variety and quality, though a few guests found it basic or limited. Some guests mention comfortable beds. However, there are repeated complaints about unhelpful or rude front desk staff, and a few note issues with noise, room size, and the condition of the access road.
