Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the enjoyable pool and hot tub facilities. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, there were repeated complaints about the breakfast quality and variety, noise from the highway, and some maintenance issues such as water quality, room smell, and bathroom drainage. Despite these drawbacks, many guests found the hotel comfortable and would consider staying again.

Wonderful

Pros (+) We were upgraded to suites. They made sure to keep our three rooms together. Two were adjoining. The staff was fabulous!
Cons (-) The "hot water" in the breakfast room was room temp., but that's about it! Everything else was good. Plus, we had a coffee maker in the room, so we could get hot water for tea there.

Pros (+) I liked the smaller feel of the hotel. The pool seems like a focal point in the building, with the design/ layout of hotel. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. I love the dome with windows.
Cons (-) The pool water was a little cool for me. The hot tub didn't have bubbles.
