Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Georgetown, restaurants, and public transport. Many found the rooms spacious and some appreciated recent refurbishments. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff, reservation issues, and lack of security. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with several reports of unclean rooms and infrequent housekeeping. The WiFi was often unreliable or non-functional. Overall, while the location and room size were highlights, service and amenities need improvement.
