Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions and amenities, as well as the spaciousness and modern design of some rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and reservation mix-ups. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, inadequate housekeeping, and maintenance problems. The pool and parking facilities received mixed feedback, with the pool sometimes closed or the area poorly maintained, and the parking lot often described as run-down with potholes. Overall, while some guests found positives in room comfort and location, recurring problems with service, cleanliness, and facilities impacted the overall experience.
