Most guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the value for money and convenient location. However, a significant number of reviews reported serious cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unkempt grounds. Problems with amenities like breakfast availability, wifi, and room maintenance were also frequently mentioned. While a few guests had positive experiences with service and comfort, the overall impression was marred by negative feedback on cleanliness and facility upkeep.
