It is a beautiful resort, with lots of amenities however the AC went out during our trip. I am pregnant and it was incredibly uncomfortable. In addition while the ac was out, we had to open our balcony sliders for air at night and they had gardeners blowing at 7am. I couldn’t get any rest from the heat and was woken up early. Needs more attention to details. No one wheel or with luggages. Ice machine was broken. No upgrade even if the hotel wasn’t full. Asked for late check out was told no. Then someone called and said ok.

Cons (-) Pools too crowded, more accessible (i.e. no reservations needed) chairs and umbrellas at the adult only pool, firmer pillows, cost of drinks/cocktails is excessive.
