Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with many mentioning that rooms were well maintained and comfortable. However, there was significant dissatisfaction regarding the breakfast, as many guests felt misled by advertising that suggested breakfast was included when it was not, and several found the additional charge too high. The pool was also a source of disappointment for some, as it was broken or under maintenance during their stay. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unprofessional or inattentive behavior. Overall, guests appreciated the value, cleanliness, and location, but improvements could be made in breakfast offerings and pool maintenance.

Pros (+) This hotel makes you sign a wavier about smoking and the rooms smell like ash trays. They were over booked and tryed very hard to get me to stay regardless of the condition of their room. I needed to rebook with the Marriott at 12:000 am in the morning.
Cons (-) I liked the willingness of the staff to give me a refund. Other than that this hotel gets a 0 star rating. I would not recommend anyone picking this hotel for your stay in Waco.
