Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, but express significant disappointment with cleanliness, maintenance, and the state of amenities such as the pool and breakfast. Many reviews mention issues with room hygiene, outdated facilities, and unhelpful or inconsistent service. The breakfast and pool often fail to meet expectations, and several guests report problems with room assignments and overbooking. While a few guests found the staff friendly and appreciated the spacious rooms, the overall sentiment is that the hotel does not live up to its advertised standards.
