Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location in the old town, its unique historic atmosphere with individually decorated rooms, and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Many highlight the authentic charm, antique furnishings, and proximity to attractions, restaurants, and bars. Cleanliness and comfort are also noted positively. However, several guests mention noise from the street and nearby bars, especially on weekends, as a drawback. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others unimpressed.
