Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and the inviting pool area, which was a highlight for many families. The service was frequently described as friendly and helpful, with staff assisting guests promptly when needed. However, a significant number of reviews mentioned uncomfortable beds and issues with bed comfort, which detracted from the overall experience. Room sizes were generally appreciated, especially for families, and several guests noted the spaciousness of the apartments. Overall, the positives of location, pool, and service stood out, though improvements to bed comfort would enhance guest satisfaction.
