Cons (-) They gave us a handicap room with broken A/C next to the laundry room, is that bad enough? Argued to get it changed. Not going back

Pros (+) The location is quite good and the facilities are reasonable.
Cons (-) The place is under construction, everywhere smells of paint and Sheetrock! The rooms are filthy with painters dust and footprints all over the carpets. I will not be staying here again.
