Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues such as poor customer support, booking problems, and unresponsive staff. Room size and cleanliness were also common concerns, with many describing small, cramped, or poorly maintained rooms. However, some guests felt the hotel offered good value for money and found the location convenient. A few reviews mentioned friendly staff and a calm atmosphere, but these positives were outweighed by the negative feedback on maintenance, service, and cleanliness.
