Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's convenient location and accessibility, with several mentioning proximity to tourist spots and ease of travel. However, there are significant concerns about service quality, including delayed or unhelpful staff responses, extra charges, and issues with room service. Cleanliness is another area of concern, with reports of unclean rooms, bathrooms, and towels. Value for money is questioned by multiple guests due to extra charges and perceived lack of amenities or service for the price paid. While some found the rooms comfortable or spacious, the negatives regarding service, cleanliness, and value are prominent.
