Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location, mentioning its proximity to key areas and overall convenience. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, bed bugs, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service also received negative feedback, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and problems during check-in or with amenities. Breakfast offerings were generally considered poor, with limited options and quality concerns. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.

Pros (+) Great location for business. Food, fuel, grocery & office supply nearby.
Cons (-) On arrival, had 4 lotions, no shampoo. 1st day housekeeping came in, didn't make bed (I had straightened it, but pillows weren't organized). Took the used soap, but didn't leave a new one, same for cofee, no replacement. Remaining 3 days much more normal. Front desk gave me the needed coffee & bar of soap pleasantly.
