Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location close to the beach, shops, and boardwalk, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and linens. Noise from nearby nightclubs and street events was a frequent complaint, making it difficult for guests to sleep. Other common negatives included uncomfortable beds, small rooms and bathrooms, and limited or inconvenient parking options. Despite the affordable price and proximity to attractions, these drawbacks impacted the overall guest experience.

Pros (+) It is a good location. Just walk across the street to access the Boardwalk. The hotel had a rooftop area with lounge chairs which was enjoyable.
Cons (-) The hotel has a very, very small parking lot in site which was always full. So we had to park two blocks away every time and walk back and forth. The worst part for me was that our room had no windows! On our first night we discovered a huge section of black mold growing on the ceiling tiles. Thankfully the hotel fixed the tile the next day.

Pros (+) The staff was very nice. Newly renovated.
Cons (-) The breakers went out. And caused the heat to go out. It was in the 30's outside. Our room was interior so it wasn't too bad, but not comfy.
