Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff as well as its convenient location, especially for business and tourism. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, worn carpets, and unpleasant odors. Several guests also noted problems with room size, noise levels, and outdated facilities. While a few guests found the accommodation comfortable and suitable for short stays, the overall impression was marred by maintenance and hygiene concerns.
