Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests highlighted the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the hotel's natural and tranquil setting. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as humidity, dirty linens, and bathrooms, as well as inconsistent service quality. The location was seen as both peaceful and somewhat inconvenient due to its distance from the city and poor access roads. Overall, while some guests enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere, improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.
