Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and proximity to public transportation, restaurants, and city attractions. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as bugs, odors, and general lack of maintenance. Service was also frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and problems during check-in and check-out. While a few guests found the price affordable and the location suitable for their needs, the overall experience was marred by significant cleanliness and service concerns.
