Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's prime location near major attractions, with many highlighting the convenience of walking to sights, restaurants, and shops. The staff, especially valet and restaurant teams, received positive remarks for their professionalism and friendliness. Guests appreciated the comfortable and spacious rooms, as well as the range of amenities offered. However, several reviews noted the hotel is expensive, with some feeling the value did not match the high price. A few guests mentioned issues such as noise, small room size, and occasional lapses in cleanliness or billing, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
