Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and some found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, and a disappointing restaurant experience. Many guests also noted a run-down atmosphere, with smoke being a common problem in the casino and hotel areas. While a few reviewers enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the overall accessibility, negative experiences with amenities and the environment were common.
