Guests consistently praised the hotel's superb location near the Verona Arena, making it ideal for attending events and exploring the city. Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the hosts, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, several guests noted issues with bathroom maintenance and amenities, such as weak lighting, broken fixtures, or mold. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others finding it average. Accessibility was a concern due to the lack of an elevator. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.
