Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to the beach and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas. Service was often described as poor or lacking, with complaints about unhelpful staff and unresolved requests. The pool, while mentioned as an amenity, frequently received negative comments about its maintenance. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facility upkeep.
