Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for sightseeing and access to major attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including lack of staff presence, unhelpful or rude interactions, and difficulties with check-in. Cleanliness is a major concern, with reports of dirty rooms, mold, insects, and infrequent housekeeping. Breakfast is generally considered poor, with minimal variety and low quality. Room size is often described as small and cramped, especially for guests with luggage. While a few guests mention friendly staff and good value for money, the overall sentiment is negative due to the recurring problems with service, cleanliness, and amenities.
