Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore major attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, with many guests appreciating their advice and hospitality. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, with several reviews noting spotless rooms and good housekeeping. However, many guests found the lack of an elevator and the steep stairs challenging, especially when carrying luggage. Room sizes were often described as small, though some found them well-designed for the space. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.
