Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with their stay, citing poor service, lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate amenities. While a few appreciated the central location and found the rooms or surroundings acceptable, the majority found the hotel did not offer good value for money, with many reporting issues such as unhelpful staff, dirty rooms, insufficient basic supplies, and misleading information about facilities. Only a handful of reviews mentioned positives like location or cleanliness, but these were outweighed by negative experiences.
