Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, often highlighting beautiful views of Lake Como and proximity to attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Breakfast was repeatedly described as excellent, though some noted it was served at a nearby sister property, which was occasionally inconvenient. Cleanliness was also positively mentioned. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with room size, value for price, and certain amenities, and there were isolated complaints about air conditioning, noise, and accessibility.
