Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to attractions, beautiful views, and easy access to transport. The breakfast, especially when enjoyed on the terrace with lake views, was frequently mentioned as a highlight. Many reviewers found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with special mentions for individual staff members. While some guests appreciated the spaciousness of certain rooms, others found some rooms small or basic. A few negative comments focused on bed comfort and the challenge of carrying luggage up stairs, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
