Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, convenient for exploring the area, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting special gestures and attentive service. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality of the included dinner and restaurant experience, which many found disappointing or below expectations. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, but a few guests reported issues such as poorly cleaned rooms or unpleasant odors. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location, breakfast, and service.
