Guests frequently mention issues with service, citing rude or unhelpful staff, slow responses, and poor management. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of old, poorly maintained rooms, pests, and unhygienic conditions. Breakfast and food quality often disappoint, with several guests finding the spread lacking and not up to standard.
