Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location near major attractions such as the Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dashashvamedha Ghat. However, many express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor linen. Service is also a major concern, with complaints about unhelpful staff, lack of basic amenities like water, and issues with room security. While the location is a clear highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service are urgently needed.
