Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near the Ganges and major attractions, with many highlighting the beautiful views and easy access to the river. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including dirty linens and bathrooms, as well as small room sizes that did not always meet expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and warm service stood out as the hotel's strongest points.
