Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently mention issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and insect sightings. Service is frequently criticized for being slow, understaffed, or unhelpful, with some guests reporting negative experiences with staff attitudes. The pool is often described as cold, dirty, or lacking proper maintenance. However, several reviews highlight the spaciousness of the rooms and the hotel's tranquil, scenic location as positive aspects. Overall, while the setting and room size are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and pool maintenance.
