Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful service, with several reviewers highlighting the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist. The pool was also appreciated by many, especially families. However, noise was a significant issue for several guests, with complaints about loud music at night both inside and outside the hotel. Cleanliness was another concern, with some guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. The location was mentioned as not being very central, but some found it convenient for accessing local attractions by car. Overall, while the service and pool were standout positives, noise and cleanliness issues detracted from some guests' experiences.
