Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly complained about the high noise levels, mainly due to frequent and loud train activity near the hotel, which disrupted sleep and comfort. Cleanliness was another major concern, with multiple reports of unpleasant odors, dirty bedding, and poorly maintained rooms. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unavailability or unresponsiveness. The location was noted as convenient for certain attractions, but its proximity to the railway was a significant drawback. Bed comfort was often criticized, with several guests reporting old, uncomfortable, or unclean beds. Overall, positives were limited and overshadowed by recurring negative experiences.
