Pros (+) The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable! The staff slipped a bill under our door for a charge from the gift shop, which we never made. Thankfully, the front desk clerk was able to remove it from our bill.
Cons (-) Not have someone charge something to our room, even though it was a simple fix. Whether it was an error on the staff overhearing the wrong room number or the guest saying the wrong room number, charges should not be allowed that way.
