Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, convenient for skiing and city access. Many appreciated the friendly staff and lively atmosphere, though language barriers were noted, especially for French speakers. Breakfast received high marks for quality and variety. Comfortable beds and clean rooms were often mentioned, but some guests found the rooms small, bathrooms inconvenient, or cleaning inconsistent. Noise and lack of amenities like a gym or secure ski storage were minor drawbacks. Overall, the positives of location, staff, and breakfast stood out.
