Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's scenic location and beautiful views, especially the river and natural surroundings, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and tents, as well as poor maintenance. Service was also a recurring concern, with reports of unresponsive or unfriendly staff and a lack of basic amenities such as food, water, and hot water. While some guests found the stay to be good value for money, the overall experience was often marred by hygiene and service shortcomings.
