Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing excursions. Many also appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful or rude staff and poor communication. Cleanliness receives some criticism, with reports of dirty rooms. Breakfast is frequently mentioned as a weak point, with limited variety and quality below expectations.
