Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a modern, family-friendly hotel with a good breakfast selection and clean rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about the pool area, including issues with towel availability, cleanliness, and guests reserving loungers early. Service is mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as disorganized or unhelpful. Room size and allocation occasionally disappoint, and air conditioning is a recurring problem. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its amenities and atmosphere, but operational improvements are needed.
