Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the spaciousness of its rooms. Many found the value for money to be good, especially given the size and amenities of the rooms. However, service is a major point of criticism, with numerous reports of unhelpful, rude, or poorly trained staff and communication issues, especially regarding English proficiency. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues in bathrooms or communal areas. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and room size, but service and cleanliness can be inconsistent.
